Our Community

Agincourt Road Public School is located in the mature residential community of Belair Park and Copeland Park in Ottawa's west end. Agincourt's French Immersion Program draws from Pinecrest Road to Fisher Avenue, south of the Queensway within the former City of Ottawa. A day care shares the premises, renting space from the Board of Education. The adjacent grounds contain a City of Ottawa park, a playground and sports field, with a skating rink in the winter. Our parents show a great deal of support and get involved in the operation of school programs on a daily basis. Our Safe Arrival Line, alternate lunch programs, library and classroom assistance are some of the activities for which our parents volunteer. We also welcome community volunteers to our school to strengthen educational opportunities for our students. The Agincourt School Council also enhances the school community by organizing and/or sponsoring school events and fundraising activities.
